Metal Art railing inserts and complete welded railing solutions available!

Our NatureRails™ are available in standard sizes and of course custom design and sized to meet your steel railing requirements. All railing products are designed to meet residential building codes of 4" or less spacing. You will go through a proof cycle process of your design and you may make alterations of your design prior to manufacturing of the product. You will be assigned your own design assistant that works with you and the artist to create functional artwork for your home or business!

Upon completion of the design process with the artist, your product is now ready to be cut out of steel on the water jet machine. Your NatureRails™ product starts with high quality pickled and oiled steel materials. Residential railing standard is 10 gauge (1/8th") & 30" tall. Commercial applications designed per specifications. Many other materials are available if you are looking for something out of the norm.

Your NatureRails™ art is cut on a Water Jet table which provides the most detailed and precise cut of our all original designs by Rob Gerdin. The Water Jet cuts the steel with more than 50,000 p.s.i. of water and abrasion mix.

Next, your product is prepared for powder coating, with an acid cleaner and hand ground metal for removal of any edges left by the fabrication process. If your product requires welding, it is done at this time and you will be given a weld sketch to approve before fabrication.

NatureRails™ are coated with trusted Cardinal brand powder coat products to complete your artwork. Guaranteed not to rust, crack or fade. To view a sample of the many colors available, please click here. Powder coating is a sprayed on powder that is electrically charged and then baked on, creating an enamel affect.

Finally, your product is carefully packaged in a sturdy crate and banded for delivery by UPS or ABF Trucking, right to your door.
