Profile Information

I am the Independent Representative for Davis Frame in Colorado. We completed our Davis Frame home in Breckenridge, November 2007.

My wife, Sue and I are dividing time between the Denver suburbs and Breckenridge. We both volunteer at Breckenridge Ski Resort as Guest Services Ambassadors so we spent most weekends in Breckenridge this past winter. Please let us know if you would like to see our Davis Frame home in Breckenridge. I’m always available to answer any questions you may have about building a timber frame home.

Don't know what the building costs are, but are afraid to ask. Hubby said he'd like to know what kind of financing is available and would banks allow for some work being done by the homeowner? We have a draft floor plan in mind. Lot 83 is 2.183 acres of which 1 acre is usable (other half is natural wetlands/wildlife refuge across the road). Would love to have a dialog just to get more education on timber frame homes. Been looking at the pictures and they are beautiful.
