I love your floor plans, I appreciated your promt replied and the efford you put into your work. Ofcourse the excelence in your crew as well and the flexibility on sending them to chile. How ever as south of Chile is very similar climite wise than north CA, OR and BC, we have the same trees, but here, a 45 feet long Douglas fir cost me only USD25 and we have million to choose from including Red, white cedar and many other native soft and hard wood. Besides the crew of worker cost me USD30 per day per worker.
I have bougth hundreds of acress close to resort city call Pucon, the main spot for summer and winter ski Vacation in Chile as well as Bariloche in Argentina, I am planning in building 50 to 100 Timber Frame and log homes in these lands, something that is not done yet in Chile. Yes, no companies offer so far log home or timeber frame home in this fast growing market, and with your experinece, tecnics, designed and engeniiring you have will be a great success. Chile is well establish democracy and economy growing about 6% per year and many rich people is looking for a second vacation home well build that last for long time and as good investment.
Therefore, I still believe with your help on the design you will make a great diference in this new market. I am hoping that you can consider providing me with your floor plans so we can begin building your homes here.
