Land Ark is an awesome product! We have used various oil/wax mixtures of it on our entire frame, alder doors and our pine floors. It is a very durable finish.

Joshua- I recommend using a porter cable 3"x24" variable speed belt sander with 120grit or close to. Depending on species and length I have found a belt will last four-ish timbers, all sides. This will knock out the work quick and leave a…
