Ok...I am a a couple weeks into sanding my frame. It's Hemlock that was planed and chamfered. I am might die of old age before I get it doen. I started out with a vibrating palm sander and 120 grit. I am now using an RO sander with 60 grit. Ideas ? How do the pro's do it ?

Joshua- I recommend using a porter cable 3"x24" variable speed belt sander with 120grit or close to. Depending on species and length I have found a belt will last four-ish timbers, all sides. This will knock out the work quick and leave a plastic smooth finish. Hope that helps.
